Candidate is responsible for generating new business opportunities by calling local business prospects and scheduling appointments for our sales executives. You will be calling business owners setting up appointments for our representatives to introduce themselves. You will also handle incoming prospect calls and prequalify them for appointments.
Flexible daytime schedule – NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS!
We are looking for a candidate to work 5 days a week, 4-6 hours per day during normal business hours. The schedule is flexible if you need to take time off or need to adjust how many hours you work on certain days of the week.
Guaranteed base pay is $10-$13 per hour, depending on experience plus BONUSES for meeting daily, weekly, & monthly goals. Base Pay plus Bonuses averages $25,000-$30,000 per year for PART TIME! There is no cap on how much you can earn!
Motivated candidate can work up to full time position including benefits. Career advancement within the company is available.
We are looking for an energetic person who is great at speaking with prospects on the phone. You don’t have to meet with prospects in person and can dress casually at work. We have a relaxed office environment, friendly staff, and a management team that works to help you succeed!
Ideal candidate must be willing to make at least 100 outbound calls daily, setting at least one appointment per day. Candidate must also be able to take detailed notes in the CRM, have great phone communication skills (speaking and listening), have a positive attitude, and not be afraid to hear “no” from prospects.
This is an entry level position. Previous experience in outbound appointment setting/sales is not required. We will train candidates who have passion and a desire to succeed and grow with our company.
